The Fragrance
Cardamom oil exhibits an aromatic-spicy, fresh-cineolic signature with a slightly sweet, balsamic warmth. The initial impression is bright, zesty, and ethereal; as it develops, green-spicy, slightly creamy, and subtly woody nuances emerge. Overall, it comes across as transparent, elegant, and diffusive, with a clear structural sharpness.
Use in Perfume Composition
Cardamom is used in top and heart notes and acts as a spicy modulator in fougère, oriental, and modern fresh-aromatic compositions.
