Bank Transfer

If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order, including our bank details. When making the transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the payment reference. This is the only way we can match your payment to your order.

As soon as your payment has been credited to our bank account, we will process your order immediately. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take 1–3 business days for the payment to reach our account.

For international bank transfers, please ensure that any transfer fees are covered by you so that the full invoice amount is credited to our account. Please understand that we cannot cover bank charges for international transfers. For smooth processing, we kindly ask you to use SEPA transfers (IBAN and, if applicable, BIC) whenever possible.

PayPal

You can also pay quickly and securely with PayPal. At the end of the checkout process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal.

If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either check out as a guest or create a PayPal account.

As soon as your payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Please note that we have no control over any processing errors that may occur on PayPal's side.

All card payments are processed securely and comply with modern security standards, including SSL encryption and authentication procedures (such as 3-D Secure, Verified by Visa, and Mastercard SecureCode).

Simply select your card during checkout and enter your card details (card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVV). If required, you will be asked to authenticate the payment via SMS, TAN, or your banking app, depending on your card issuer's security procedure. Once the payment has been successfully authorized, your order will be processed immediately.

Available Klarna payment options:

• Pay Later: Purchase on invoice, allowing you to pay after receiving your order.
• Pay in Installments: Flexible financing with monthly payments.

Simply select Klarna during checkout. Klarna will handle the payment process, including any required credit assessment. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order.
