Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via our website at https://www.florascent-shop.de/pages/widerruf-formular. If you use this online option, we will promptly provide you with confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not members of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage by using appropriate packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods freight collect.

3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
